Drives System Engineer (110-150K)

We have a Drives Systems Engineer opportunity available at our established automated equipment manufacturing client in the Syracuse, NY area.

This is a direct hire opportunity.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary up to 150K
• Annual bonus
• Straight time pay after 45 hours in the work week
• Automatic 4.5% 401K company contribution

• Design and start up sensorless vector drives
• Web handling experience with Rockwell, Parker/SSD, or Siemens drives
• Experience with Allen Bradley ControlLogix or Siemens S7 PLC’s
• Install, start-up and commission automated equipment
• Travel up to 25% for customer visits and start-up’s 

Education and Experience:

• AAS or BS in Engineering 
• 5+ years of experience as a Controls / Automation Engineer with winding / rolling technologies
• Must be eligible to work in the US without restriction indefinitely
