Seeking a Water Engineering Manager. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include leading/mentoring/developing staff and using your strong technical skills to manage water supply projects within our municipal client base.
You must have water supply engineering experience.
GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals
• Be the primary point of contact on a variety of water projects throughout the region
• Be a technical leader within the water supply team, helping team members connect with innovative technologies and treatment practices
• Foster existing relationships with our water supply partner firms
• Directly interact with the firm’s client managers and executives

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:
• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering (or a related degree)
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Wisconsin
• Minimum of 8 years of progressively more responsible experience on a variety of water supply
projects, with at least 4 of those years in a project management and/or business development
role
• Experience with various aspects of water supply engineering including planning studies, water
supply, water treatment & distribution design/permitting/construction (pipelines, storage
facilities, booster stations, iron & radium removal, PFAS, etc.)
• Be team‐oriented yet individually driven, have strong communication and interpersonal skills,
have advanced problem‐solving abilities, be deadline oriented and be willing to have some fun
along the way
