District Manager – QSR Restaurants
Syracuse, NY

*May be based in Corning, Binghamton, Ithaca, Cortland, Elmira or nearby those cities.

10 Store QSR Franchise with locations in NJ, NY, MD, PA, NJ.

Responsibilities:

Manage 4 – 6 restaurants with average store sales of $3mm – $3.5mm annually.

Collaborate with Store General Managers and AGMs to establish individual performance targets (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-bound), conducting performance reviews timely and communicating one-on-one, implementing Performance Improvement Plans, and partnering with them to correct or deliver expected performance results.

Establish and setting staffing targets, and working with teams to ensure all restaurants within the Profit Center are adequately staffed through quality hiring and retention) to maximize sales potential. Participate in making final selection decisions on all restaurant managers.

Sales Building, operational standards, food safety standards, and labor laws.  Initiate Customer-First Service through restaurant operations, troubleshooting shift management, taking on-the-spot corrective actions, and recognizing successes.

Developing the annual business plan with each store team.

Optimize business results by increase guest counts, increase sales, increase profits, while delivering outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

Verifies that all standard practices and procedures are met (e.g., cash, security, food safety, pricing).

Qualifications:

3+ years QSR, Multi Store Field Operations experience.

Proven project management implementation skills.

Strong people / relationship management skills.

Proven experience influencing and obtaining great results through others.

Training 4-6 weeks.

Required Travel in the region: 1-3 days a week (all expenses covered).

Base Salary $80-$90K, + Monthly Bonus $1200-$1800, Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, Profit Sharing Plan, 401k plan with match, Car Allowance $400-$600 per month, Phone Reimbursement $75 per month, Laptop, monitors, docking station, PTO, Paid Holidays, Relocation Assistance.
