The Area Manager will plan and lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area of operations including full profit and loss responsibility while acting within the scope of the company

The Area Manager
works alongside their Store Managers to ensure that they are being developed appropriately, and provide our
customers with exceptional experiences in our galleries. This is a unique multifaceted role that will stretch your

Job Responsibilities
● Lead store teams by ensuring:
● A culture that fosters core values
● Fair administration of human resources policies & practices
● Superior customer service through creative, fun, and friendly store environments
● Store leadership accomplishes individual and store sales goals
● Area annual sales growth that meets or exceeds company targets
● All tools are effectively utilized in each store and market resulting in superior demonstration of products
and services
● Effective planning & execution of company objectives
● Maximization of performance & productivity through a commitment to sensible store scheduling
● Sufficient staffing levels are consistently maintained for each store through proactive recruitment,
selection, and onboarding
● Protection of company assets through loss prevention and expense efficiencies
● Continuous talent development in the areas of merchandising display efforts, store growth, training and
development, employee relations, customer service, systems, events, classes, etc.
● Consistent and effective communication of area and regional priorities to store teams
● Competencies
● Drives results by identifying opportunities to improve performance
● Works efficiently by planning and organizing work to achieve goals and objectives
● Focuses on customers by anticipating customer needs, overcoming obstacles, and continually striving to

You Bring:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field, equivalent experience
● 4+ years of multi-unit retail management experience with progressively more responsibility and
demonstrated success in sales of high-ticket items is preferred
● Must reside within the area/region of responsibility
● Experience with Client Relationships-Full Customer Lifecycle Environment from Prospecting to Post
Purchase/ Personal Goal Setting/Individual performances
● Experience with general office equipment, such as a computer, calculator, copier, and telephone.
Proficient with POS systems, Google Suite, and/or MS Office applications
● Knowledge and Skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service communication skills, while managing from a
distance
● Strong organizational and leadership skills
● Strong analytical abilities
