As our client expands their presence in the USA and Europe, we are on the lookout for dynamic Sales Directors. If you have a stellar track record in the CRO/CDMO sector and have consistently achieved your sales targets, we want to hear from you.


– Location: Home-based.

– Territory: Northeast USA.

– Accountability: Full responsibility for achieving financial/sales targets in your territory.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Take charge of your territory; craft strategies and set priorities to meet and exceed targets.

2. Build and nurture solid relationships with our customers, tailoring strategies to their needs.

3. Stay updated on industry changes to help steer our service offerings.

4. Collaborate with our teams based in India and fellow Sales Directors.

5. Keep the SalesForce platform updated and deliver reports to the Head of Sales, Discovery.

6. Ensure timely and high-quality submissions of all RFx’s.

7. Skillfully negotiate contracts with clients.


Specific Requirements:

– Drive sales of discovery functional services (70%) in your region.

– Develop strategies for selling our integrated discovery service platform (30%).


Essential Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a pertinent scientific field.

– An MBA or PhD in a related scientific field is a plus.


Essential Experiences:

– A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in CRO/CDMO.

– Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

– Proven experience in fostering customer relationships in the CRO/CDMO sector.

– Managed annual sales targets upwards of $10m.

Other Aspects:

– Travel: Expect to be on the move at least 50% of the time, based on your location and assigned territory.
