My client is expanding and seeks a Director to take on the following tasks:

· Serve as a scientific liaison for internal and external partnerships, driving collaborative oncology research.

· Direct operations, staff, and core functions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and accuracy.

· Manage strategic expansion of the laboratory footprint and services, identifying and implementing processes to enhance efficiency and utility.

· Foster the professional development of staff through performance evaluations and targeted mentoring programs.

· Spearhead the implementation and adoption of an advanced electronic data management system to streamline research processes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

· PhD or MS with specialized experience in oncology pharmacology and 10+ years of experience.

· Proven track record of successfully managing projects and personnel.

· Strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of an expanding organization.

This role is on-site in San Antonio, and my client offers a relocation package.
