This company excels in both ground-up & Build-Out construction with 6 office locations in the Southeast. The Charleston SC office will be going through some exciting growth over the next 2-5+ years.

They are looking for experienced commercial Senior Precon Managers to step into the Director role. They are looking for someone that is capable of leading their office precon department – but that is truley a coach and can help others on the team so that they can excel during this office’s next phase of $150-200M growth in the Charleston area in 2023 and onward.

 

 

They have an excellent opportunity for a Preconstruction Director based in Charleston SC. This role is responsible for the daily supervision, coaching coordination, contract negotion & bid proposals -towards the successful completion of the preconstruction phase in order to achieve the cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating and project profit.

 

This role will assure the Company estimates are accurate, complete and reflect the actual requirements of the project. This includes assuring there are an adequate number of qualified and financially sound subcontractor proposals received and evaluated through the company’s prequalification process.

 

The Preconstruction Director prepares detailed estimates (conceptual, schematic, design development, construction and analyzes cost models during the Design Development and/or bidding period.
