TITLE: Director of Finance, Physician Services
LOCATION: Alberton, MT

The area boast a population around 75k and the hospital several service lines that a larger acute hospital would offer like a cancer center, wound care clinic, ambulatory, inpatient rehab, L&D and Pediatric ICU.
The hospital serves the residents of the community and you can be part of the team that focus’ is on patient safety and delivering the highest quality care.
SUMMARY:
The Director of Finance for Physician Services plans, organizes, directs and coordinates entity financial operations for the physician services entity, including financial administration, general accounting and financial/statistical reporting Works closely with the hospital Controller to ensure accurate accounting and appropriate financial reporting.
Reviews and validated provider wRVU compensation and works with the Physician Services Operations Director to validate financial modeling for provider contracts.
Supervises the Physician Services billing services department data.
Ensures proper internal controls across all physician services platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree with Accounting or Finance emphasis. Master’s Degree preferred.
CPA license. Five (5) years in Accounting/Financial Management.
Must have strong technical accounting skills, strong written/oral communication skills, strong time-management and organizational skills.
Excel, Word, computerized financial systems experience required.
Supervisory experience.
General ledger and management of sub-systems and healthcare financial management experience required.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Facility is around 100 beds and census averages 75 and located on a beautiful 45 acre campus.
This position reports to the CFO.
The range for the position is begins at 90K and goes up with experience and they offer full benefits including relo and sign-on.
