Director ED/Critical Care/Transport Team
Client has more than 220 pediatric experts on staff, combining top-notch pediatric care with a wide array of pediatric specialties including Cardiology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Gastroenterology, Oncology, and Orthopedics. It houses the only Verified Pediatric Burn Center between New York City and Baltimore and is one of only three Level I Pediatric Trauma Centers in Pennsylvania.
Responsible for the management and leadership of organized nursing services and personnel in areas assigned. This includes human resource and fiscal management. Formulates and executes a strategic business plan including budget development for areas of responsibility consistent with department and organizational goals. Ensures compliance with all regulatory bodies and corporate and organizational policy/procedures. Implements all customer service initiatives. Develops performance improvement strategies to enhance employee and patient satisfaction, positive patient outcomes, meet and exceed revenue targets, and maximize revenues and drive down costs.
Training & Education:
BSN required, MSN preferred
Experience: Progressive leadership experience in Pediaric ER, Transport team, and IB team
3-5 years experience preferred
