Deployment Strategist

Location: INDOPACOM, Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii

Job Description

• Serves as Deployment Strategist for INDOPACOM Palantir users
• Uses DoD Functional Domain background and knowledge to:
  • Translate technical information into non-technical terms
  • Understand and optimize user experience
  • Conduct formal and informal training sessions
• Collaborates with all levels of leadership (including Executive Level)
• Builds relationship with Government Customer
• Builds training products to practice and optimize operational use cases
• Provides guidance and support for operators
• Serves as liaison between operational user and engineering teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years in DoD Functional Area
  • Maritime, Air, Space
• 3+ years’ experience with at least one of the following:
  • AOC / MOC / JOC / JTF HQ
  • Air / Maritime Watch Floor
  • All Source / GEOINT (emphasis on near peer problem set)
  • Targeting / Fires (Joint Conventional Environment)
  • Collection Management
• Experience with Gotham/Gaia (preferred or ability to learn)
• Strong ability to adapt, learn, and communicate:
  • Learns Palantir Technologies
  • Speaks credibly about Palantir Technologies to customer
  • Drives future customer engagements

Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $175,000 – $225,000
