What are my responsibilities?

• Maintain and troubleshoot both hardware and software for the site process automation systems including DCS, PLC, HMI, Data Historian
• Develop and implement process control strategy improvements.
• Create and execute long-term master plans to ensure automation systems are migrated to next generation hardware/software as needed
• Manage automation-related projects.
• Co-ordinate with and integrate corporate Control System requirements into existing systems and future development. 

What’s required?

• BS Electrical or Chemical Engineering with 5+ years’ experience with PLC and DCS; process control systems in chemical, refinery, pharmaceutical or related manufacturing plants. 
• Extensive knowledge of PLC/ DCS process control systems, operation, and maintenance especially DeltaV DCS system, Emerson preferred
• Knowledge of instrumentation, electrical equipment, PLC control systems and programming
• Knowledge of FMEA, RCA, tools and applications
