Data Governance Lead

We have a client that is seek a dynamic Data Governance Lead the ideal person will collaborate closely with the data team to enhance the quality and value of our data assets. You’ll define and implement data governance policies, standards, and best practices, ensuring legal compliance, organization, security, accessibility, and usefulness of our data.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data governance tools (e.g., data catalogs, data dictionaries, data lineage).
  • Experience with Agile project management tools, especially in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Purview, Databrick Unity Catalog, and/or Profisee.
  • Experience managing offshore contractor resources.
  • Skill in presenting data to C-level stakeholders.
