Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Quality Manager with expertise in thermal plastics and injection molding processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, possessing the ability to implement, maintain, and improve quality systems across our organization. They will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing processes, products, and services meet our high-quality standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system for thermal plastics and injection molding.
– Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues throughout the product development lifecycle.
– Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess process efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and mitigate potential risks.
– Analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to management, highlighting trends and recommending corrective actions.
– Lead and train a team of quality technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement.
– Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement by implementing best practices and encouraging employee engagement.
– Stay updated with advancements in thermal plastics and injection molding technologies, materials, and regulatory requirements, integrating them into quality management processes.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred; will consider candidates with equivalent experience.
– Proven experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on thermal plastics and injection molding.
– In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques.
– Strong understanding of thermal plastics and injection molding processes, materials, and industry standards.
– Experience with quality audits, inspections, and certifications.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
– Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capability to train, motivate, and develop a team.
