MID-SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE – CORPORATE M&A/PRIVATE EQUITY 
Nashville, TN or Dallas, TX

Our client, a distinguished AmLaw 100 is seeking an accomplished Mid-Senior Associate to join their Corporate M&A or Private Equity M&A practice in either Nashville or Dallas.

Candidate should have:

• JD from a Top Tier school, with high level of academic achievement.
• Member on good standing of the state bar of Tennessee or Texas, wherever attorney is practicing primarily.
• 3+ years of prior top law firm experience in business and transactional law, with a strong background in M&A, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and complex transactions. 
• Exceptional skills in writing, drafting, and communication, managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documents, and overseeing the M&A process.
• Familiarity with M&A technologies such as Kira is advantageous, as is a commitment to advancing M&A practice capabilities.
