Essential Functions of the Role Include:
• Overseeing projects from start to finish.
• Initiating the RFP process/coordinating bid process.
• Manage all aspects of job including subcontractors.
Education, Experience and Skills:
• Proven track record of managing commercial construction projects.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• High level of drive and motivation.
• Demonstrated organizational, time management and organizational skills.
