You will be responsible for global compensation programs, including executive compensation, variable pay programs and equity programs.
- This role will ensure the client’s compensation programs drive strong alignment with our business objectives.
- Leads the enterprise-wide market pay process. Establishes, maintains and improves standards in the following areas: compensation surveys, position matching, data analysis, salary structure development, incumbent analysis, affordability rates and salary planning.
- The Director Compensation is primarily responsible for ownership of the market-based compensation programs for the entire Company. This includes both base/fixed pay, variable pay programs and executive compensation plans and programs.
- Key leader within the Total Rewards leadership team, critical collaborator in developing both broad-based and executive compensation strategies.
- This role will partner closely with business group HR leaders to ensure strong alignment between design and delivery of the respective programs.
- Additionally, this position will be responsible for ongoing continuous improvement of our processes and standard work relating to compensation programs.
Qualifications:
- Significant demonstrated experience to align with the requirements of the job.
- Previous experience in global total rewards programs to include direct and indirect compensation systems programming preferred.
- Broad exposure to corporate compensation trends
- Experience to drive the organization-wide compensation programs to ensure proper and proactive development and maintenance, including the management of broker and vendor relationships, and assurance of cost effective, quality performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business, Finance or related field
- Certifications in executive compensation, CCP or similar compensation designation preferred.
