Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Associate to join their Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Phoenix.

 

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Arizona Bar Admission required.
• 2-5 years of experience in complex litigation, ideally within a top law firm environment.
• Expertise in managing case work-up and trial preparation, including drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and making court appearances.
• Superior writing, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ambition, drive, and team-orientation to support and grow a national practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support litigation matters across various stages.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators in a dynamic practice.
• Engage directly with clients and contribute to case strategy.
