Our Top-Tier Commercial GC client is growing ! They are seeking a Traveling Superintendent with at least 5 years’ work experience in commercial construction ( with an emphasis on site development and ground up work & T/I) . Must have good computer skills and ability to work with trades/subs, staff & clients/owners.

Your Ability to successfully build technically challenging commercial projects while maintaining a work relationship with owners, architects, vendors governing authorities and subcontractors will determine success in this role & organization.

Prefer at least 5 years experience as (Lead) Superintendent for a General Contractor in commercial building and build-outs and additions/renovations.

Experience as a tradesman is preferred

Work with PM and support staff to coordinate all trades

Develop and maintain schedule’s (Microsoft Project) and maintain costs/budget’s

Conduct sub-contractor coordination meetings and develop meeting minutes, maintain daily reports

Read and comprehend building plans and drawings

Computer skills, competent with Excel
