We are looking to add a Superintendent that will help lead 20-50 Million dollar projects.   
 
Our team works on various builds (ground-up/brown field) that range from small retail to very large universities and all sizes in between. 
 
Must be willing to travel and open to working in any state.    
 
We are seeking an individual with a degree in Construction Management or similar field with a solid 5-15 years of experience with commercial builds as an onsite Superintendent.   Your background should include (but not limited too) Cost, budgeting, scheduling, union management, vendor and materials management, time management and above all safety at its highest standards with the ability to follow all codes.  In a perfect world, knowledge and experience with Astra and Autodesk would make the transition much easier. “Nice to have”
