We are looking to add a Project Manager that will help lead 20-50 Million dollar projects.   
 
Our team works on various builds (ground-up/brown field) that range from small retail to very large universities and all sizes in between. 
 
Must be willing to travel locally but will mainly work out of the St Louis office.  Potential for other builds that require travel to other states but we offer reimbursement for travel and lodging if/when that is the case. 
 
We are seeking an individual with a degree in Construction Management or similar field with a solid 5-15 years of experience with commercial builds.   Your background should include (but not limited too) Cost, budgeting, scheduling, union management, vendor and materials management, time management and above all safety at its highest standards with the ability to follow all codes.  In a perfect world, knowledge and experience with Astra and Autodesk would make the transition much easier. “Nice to have”
