• Five years of Mastercam or Esprit programming experience and five years of CNC lathe operating experience is required
• Pay is up to $26 to $36 hourly

This full-time, permanent CNC Programmer and Lathe Operator position is at a smaller, diverse manufacturer that has so much business they are turning away work. Their niche is having tighter tolerances. They utilize newer, higher end Makino equipment. The working environment is nice, well-lit and temperature-controlled environment. The company treats their employees very well and offers flex scheduling. The team environment is very collaborative and no one is left by themselves to struggle.

This is a new position available due to growth. The company will support toolmakers getting their Journeyman’s card. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

• Programming Mastercam or Esprit
• Operating CNC lathes 

The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:

• Five or more years of Mastercam or Esprit programming experience
• Five or more years of CNC lathe operating experience
• Possess the ability to pass a criminal background check
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45 minutes
