As a Civil Engineer in this company, you will design and plan the production of municipal projects including storm, sanitary, water, local roads, site plans, and recreational facilities. You will complete assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection, and modification of standard engineering techniques and procedures.

Your day-to-day work will include:

·       Designing municipal infrastructure projects for storm, sanitary, potable water, roads, earthwork, and utilities

·       Supporting the project team in obtaining civil and environmental permits

·       Utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D design/drafting to support design projects

·       Coordinating with necessary government agencies, client staff, and other professionals to obtain design information and approvals

·       Writing and editing construction specifications as well as engineering reports

·       Tracking bid items, calculating construction bid quantities, and construction costs from plan and specifications

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

·       Successful completion or willingness to complete the FE exam

·       Experience or familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D
