The mission of the Citrix Engineer Level 3 Support is to develop and maintain both company and client internal systems, including virtual environments.  In addition, standardization of the company and client systems through best practices, identifying technical risk, aid in minimizing reactive issues for the support desk, and providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests.

 

Qualifications:

  • Requires local travel, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver’s license
  • 4-6 years experience
  • Citrix Xen Desktop certification
  • Microsoft server or Active Directory certification, preferred
  • VMWare certified professional (VCP) certification
  • Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications, preferred
