RN MANAGER – CATH LAB
125-200K + Full Benefits + Paid Relocation $10,000 hiring bonus Day Shift Paid Relocation

The Nurse Manager of Clinical Operations embraces a spirit of continual improvement and possesses a relentless drive towards excellence. They are accountable for the 24/7 operations of their defined unit(s).
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Nursing.
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 5 years – Nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Coursework/Training – Formal coursework in management, finance, and other administrative subjects.
  • National Certification from recognized professional organization in relevant field of clinical expertise upon hire.
  • Coursework/Training – Formal coursework in management, finance, and other administrative subjects.
  • Management experience.
  • Cardia Cath Lab experience.
SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS Active unencumbered RN license in the U.S. 5 years – Nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN required 2+ years Cath Lab RN experience
IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Valid, unencumbered RN license in the United States
  • 2+ years of Cath Lab RN work experience?
  • 5 years of work experience as a RN with experience in progressive leadership roles
