Position: Business Head (Aerospace Services)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead our aerospace services division. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning within the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in the aerospace services sector.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with key industry leaders.
  • Expand and maintain a broad network of industry contacts to bolster strategic positioning and open up new avenues for business.
  • Lead our sales team in developing and executing effective sales strategies that significantly exceed revenue targets.
  • Promote teamwork across different functional teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive activity to anticipate changes and strategize accordingly.
  • Manage the development and delivery of persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts to attract new clients.
  • Analyze sales performance data to continuously refine strategies and provide executive management with actionable business insights.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand visibility and enhance networking opportunities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Masters degree strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in sales and business development, specifically within the aerospace industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas and expanding business operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the aerospace industry, including key competitors and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strategic relationships.
  • Proven leadership ability with a track record of motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with strong skills in planning, execution, and achieving business goals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet business needs and engage with clients and industry stakeholders.
