What they’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree Social Work or in a mental health (LSW/LPC) or chemical dependency (LICDC) related field with the appropriate licensure, registration, or certification.
• Knowledge of DSM V diagnosis and able to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, and safety related criteria appropriate for age of patient served.
Hours and compensation potential:
• The position is full time Monday-Friday.
• The range is between for $24.50hr – $33.80hr depending on experience.
• The facility offers a full benefit package.
What you’ll be doing:
• Functions as a therapist/chemical dependency counselor/nurse, facilitates department operations, delegates patient care responsibilities, completes staff evaluations, and serves as a role model by working collaboratively with other Genesis departments.
• Ensures appropriate, complete, and timely assessments of patients and families by staff, communicates employee work performance to director/manager.
• Keeps director/manager informed of current patient situations and staffing needs and assists director/manager in completion of staff performance notes.

• The position is a supervisory position and it will take an experienced candidate with clinicals skills who will need to learn 3 positions, conduct QA, policy development and monitoring regulation compliance, etc.
