Behavioral Health Home Services RN Supervisor

Job Description:

• Oversight of the clinical field staff providing services including mental health, substance abuse, PTSD, and aging related illness
• Ensures patient coverage by qualified professional nurses. 
• Provides guidance, support, and oversight to nursing staff regarding case management activities to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Ensures timely, accurate submission of all paperwork to support compliance, reimbursement, and coordination of QI. 
• Acts as a liaison with physicians, community resources and other referral sources to ensure quality patient service and promote program growth.
• Make patient supervisory visits when necessary

 
Job Requirements:

• RN, BSN preferred
• 2+ years Behavioral/Psych experience
• Knowledge of Behavioral Health Pharmacology and treatment protocols
• Supervisory experience
• Home Health experience preferred
• Experience providing services to underserved population
• Knowledge of State, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficient in computer use-operations fully integrated with EMR
