BAS/Controls Project Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Accurately estimate labor and materials for controls construction projects

Work closely with internal management, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers

This is an outside sales role focused on maintaining a solid relationship with our pre-existing accounts.

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales/revenue and profit targets

Meet with, call, email, and correspond with company leadership of target accounts on an ongoing basis

Review, complete and submit new business paperwork

Requirements

Three or more years of building automation controls sales, estimating, and project management experience.

Great presentation skills and ability to understand client needs and make thoughtful recommendations to them.

Ability to accurately track pipeline.

Strong financial and mechanical understanding.

Nice to Haves

Prior commercial controls installation, service, programming, estimating, sales, or project management experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
