Direct Hire

  • Serves the needs of clients by managing and overseeing all phases of concurrently performed audits, reviews, and compilations
  • Manages engagement teams comprising of staff associates, senior associates/supervisors
  • Reports to the Partner on each engagement
  • Reviews workpapers, financial statements and client correspondence in accordance with professional standards and upholds quality control requirements
  • Exercises independent thinking skills by making decisions related to engagements by overseeing assessment of engagement risks and engagement plans, as well as evaluating results of fieldwork performed
  • Demonstrate knowledge of technical accounting and financial reporting standards, as well as strong analytical skills while serving clients amongst various industries
  • Acts as team player within the audit department to plan and allocate resources and personnel amongst engagements
  • Serve as performance management mentor, providing leadership and guidance that develops and motivates staff personnel
  • Maintains and fosters client relations
  • Involved in professional and practice development by representing the firm
  • Involvement in continuing education for staff personnel


  • Public accounting firm audit experience (6-8+ years)
  • CPA certification required
  • Thorough understanding of generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) and generally accepted accounting principles (U.S. GAAP)
  • Experience managing and overseeing engagement teams
  • Excellent technical and project management skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • BA or BS in Accounting or related field required
