ASST. NURSE MANAGER / EMERGENCY ROOM RN
 Milwaukie, Oregon $125,000 to $150,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Shift Diff
$8,000 Signing Bonus + PAID RELOCATION
This is a full time position that typically works a 40 hour work week either: (5) 8 hour shifts or (4) 10 hour evening shifts per week. The Associate Nurse Manager is accountable for the provision and quality of nursing services at the facility – department level for a defined department(s), in support of Providence Health & Services System and Regional goals. This includes strategically ensuring a balance of optimal and efficient patient care; staff, patient, and physician satisfaction; and cooperative partnerships with other organizational departments and professional groups. With a constant focus on patient-centeredness and staff and patient safety, the Associate Nurse Manager creates and maintains standards and systems for care delivery for their department(s).

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • National Certification from ANA or Professional Organization in relevant field of clinical expertise upon hire
  • 6 years In nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles
