Our client, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group in Dallas, New York, or Wilmington.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in Texas, New York, or Delaware, as applicable.
• 2-6 years of substantive Chapter 11 and bankruptcy litigation experience.
• Solid law firm experience, with superb writing and communication skills.
• Ambition, drive, and team-orientation to support and grow a national practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters, representing clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Contribute to the strategy and execution of high-stakes Chapter 11 cases.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary ranging from $220,000 to $310,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
