TITLE: Area Utilization Director MDS Coordinator
LOCATION: Tomah, Wisconsin

What they’re looking for:
Registered Nurse (RN) with required Wisconsin state licensure; BSN.
Minimum of one year of long term care experience and familiarity with RAI preferred. Must have had previous experience as a MDS coordinator.
Must possess an understanding of skilled nursing facility Medicare requirements of eligibility.
Has demonstrated successful clearance of follow-up surveys.
Hours and compensation potential:
-Full time position mainly day hours but could require evenings and weekends.
-Salary around 85K-93K depending on experience along with a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO and tuition
What you’ll be doing:
-Responsible for the training and oversight of the employees in each facility in the assigned area completing the RAI process, Restorative nursing and other functions of the Utilization Department.

The company is a leading provider of short-term post-acute rehabilitation and long-term nursing care.
They currently operate several skilled nursing centers in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Wisconsin with nearly 4,000 beds.
Person will work over the facilities in Wisconsin and could support a couple in Michigan.
