With a decade of expertise and a Fortune-500 client base, we are looking for a Senior Partnership and Alliances Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Manage ATS, CRM, video interviewing, assessment, chatbot and RPO partners to develop mutually beneficial business relationships
- Co-create business plans, market opportunities and messaging the result in revenue growth
- Own pipeline creation via partners
- Enable and train internal and external sales teams on partnership go-to-market messaging
- Positively influence sales opportunities in flight via partner support
- Work cross-departmentally to address all partner needs including but not limited to escalations and integrations
- Support the future direction of the partner program
- Report on and evaluate key KPIs tied to partner performance including quota attainment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where positive change is the only constant
- Up to 25% travel
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing partners
- SaaS and/or HR Tech experience preferred
- A highly motivated self-starter who is both coachable and autonomous
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Experience with consultative and value-based selling
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- A creative and proactive solution orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GoogleDocs and Salesforce.com
