We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team!

Position Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts within the metals industry. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the metals market.

Responsibilities:

·       Focusing on Sales and Business Development by Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

·       Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales targets.

·       Present and demonstrate the company’s products and services to potential clients.

·       Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

·       Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

·       Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing service quality and address any issues or concerns.

·       Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers.

·       Market Analysis by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

·       Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and tactics.

·       Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and customer needs.

·       Reporting and Administration maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.

·       Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

 

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

·       Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the metals industry or a related field.

·       Strong understanding of metals and alloys, including their applications and market dynamics.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Customer-focused with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

·       Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
