In this role, you’ll be responsible for landing net new logos to meet (and exceed) your quota. Reporting to one of our incredible Sales Managers, you’ll have full sales cycle responsibility in the L&D industry’s premier sales organization. Our Major AEs primarily focus on organizations with 1,000-2,500 employees, but can range from 500-2,500.

The ideal candidate is a exceptional salesperson with at least five years of successful, full-cycle selling experience. Specifically, you’ll need a proven track record of exceeding fully ramped quotas over time. Experience selling to HR buyers is required, and experience selling within the L&D/content/LMS space is greatly preferred. High-growth SaaS experience is also beneficial. It’s critical that you have experience generating your own pipeline (prospecting!) and landing net new customers.

 

Our sales team currently utilizes the following tech stack: Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Demand Base, and InsightSquared.

Previous Experience

  • The ideal candidate is a rockstar salesperson with at least five years of successful, full-cycle selling experience. Specifically, you’ll need a proven track record of exceeding fully ramped quotas over time.
  • Experience within the L&D/content/LMS space is greatly preferred. High-growth SaaS experience is also beneficial.
  • It’s critical that you have experience generating your own pipeline (prospecting!) and landing net new customers.
