Electrical Mechanical CNC Machine Maintenance
  • Two or more years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a CNC environment is required
  • Pay up to $33 hourly

This full time, permanent CNC Machine Maintenance for third shift is at a leading integrated, financially sound, stable manufacturer of advanced design cutting tools. The company also has machine building capabilities. The manufacturing area is clean and air conditioned. The technology is state of the art including 9-axis CNC machines. The company purchases new equipment every year. It’s a family-run company with a great reputation that believes in promoting from within. Employees feel they have a career here verses just a job. Employees are treated very well and there is long employee tenure with many employees staying more than 30 years. The company has consistently experienced significant growth as there is great demand for their products. 
 
  • The successful candidate duties and responsibilities should include the following:
  • Training on first shift prior to transitioning to third shift
  • Performing a broad spectrum of electrical, electronic, controls, mechanical and maintenance on third shift
  • Diagnosing, repairing, aligning and calibrating a variety of equipment and machines and equipment
  • Utilizing micrometers, gauge blocks, precision squares, torque wrenches, oscilloscope, voltage meters, ohm meters, phase rotation testers and laser equipment
  • Analyzing and utilizing schematics, engineering drawings and specifications
  • Fitting spindles and bearings
  • Machining replacement parts
  • Installing a variety of electrical components, circuits and equipment
  • Maintaining industrial electrical equipment and systems
  • Complying with electrical codes
  • Troubleshooting and repairing electronic controls
  • Installing and wiring new and existing equipment
 
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
  • Possess the ability to train on first shift prior to transitioning to third shift
  • Two or more years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a CNC environment
  • One or more years of lathe, mill and/or machining center maintenance experience
  • Possess knowledge of relay and digital logic
  • Possess knowledge of ladder drawings and schematics
  • Possess the ability to work third shift
  • Possess a solid work history
  • Being a US citizen or green card holder
  • Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
